Though all the packages are commission-based and our company has a tie-up with them, you need to contact us to get the refund, and the hotel, guide, and other service providers will not be able to entertain you for a refund.

Every tour package has its different cancellation, refund, and return policy and you need to read all the terms and policies before making any booking on our website.

There is also some time frame mentioned with every tour package for getting the total or partial refund of the booking amount.

We reserve the right to deduct our service charge/handling fee/ convenience fee on the refund amount.

If any airline/hotel/tour company/service provider/supplier fails to provide the refund amount/service to the users of this website then we will not be liable for delivering the amount for the service/product.

In case you fail to comply with the refund policy mentioned on the tour package or any product that you have booked on our website, then we have the right to 100% amount and you will not get any refund.
